SHOULDER PAIN
Spinal Awareness Workshops enable most
people to greatly improve shoulder pain.
The workshops, classes, and hands-on touch approaches
help your body learn how to improve.
Immediately you whole body relaxes as your skeleton is encouraged to improve its alignment and coordination. Your chest, abdomen, lower back, neck, hips - your entire body is improved which helps you learn how to begin to heal shoulder pain.
Difficulties of shoulder pain need to be considered
in reference to the spine. If the vertebrae of
the upper spine are twisted, or compressed together,
pain can reflect in the shoulder. This can very
often be misunderstood.
The Whole Body is Connected.
If we use Spinal Awareness the connection
between the shoulder and the spine is stimulated
to improve. The spine is encouraged to lengthen
and reorganize to reduce the pressure on the nerves,
tissues, and discs between the vertebrae which may
be involved.
Examples:
Consider for example a fall on the shoulder and
resulting shoulder pain. As the body falls on
the shoulder, the upper spine is also effected,
twisting and compressing the spinal vertebrae.
This is often missed in many approaches to this
condition. The pressure of the fall is directed
to the spine, ribs, and the rest of the body as
well.
People can also develop this similar condition
by throwing something hard, disorganizing the
spine, and developing pain in the shoulder. Neck
injuries can result in a similar shoulder pain
condition. A force that wrenches the shoulder
can do the same, such as walking a huge dog that
decides to lunge after something.
